What to eat and drink? The musts are Knackersemmel mit allem (Regensburger sausage with mustard, Gurkin and horseradish), Dampfnudel (the steamed bun in vanilla sauce), crepes (I love that with strawberries plus chocolate sauce!), heisse Mandeln (roasted sweet almonds), Gluehwein (a hot alcoholic drink with red wine, rum, orange juice and spices).... and many more!
And sure you cannot miss all those handcrafts for sale here... as everyone has to buy gifts for Christmas!
