Ailie in the Wonderland- chapter 7

It is a bit warmer this week, but still a bit chilling in mornings -- about 9C. And it chills a bit more due to the 911 bombing incident. I really hope there will be no war anymore and everyone cherish the time in PEACE while everyone respects every other one.

I said last week this week I will feature something in my 'NORMAL' school life. So here it is: every two weeks we have an International essen Farewell party on Friday. Something surprising is, me, who didn't cook a lot when I was in HK, now becomes a Chinese cook here.

This photo, though is a bit dark, but all I need you all to focus on is the bier barrel -- hey, here is Germany! Herzlich Wilkommen -- Heartfully Welcome!

This time I made the sweet steamed egg, while my classmate Anne made a French Quiche (something like a pizza, but that is my favourite!) Every dish here is popular!
My classmates (from left): Lena, Thu-hahn (Vietnamese), Anne (French), Anne's German husband Peter (he is not student!), Ana Liya (Peruvian) Everybody have fun, and no exception to the staff: take a look to Bernhard at left: doesn't he look like that French actor... "No," he said, "Jean Reno looks like me."

This time my dish is the Shanghainese hand-tore chicken! Eat, drink, and eat again
